Jefferson Title was established in Dandridge in 1989 and has been conducting real estate transactions in the area for over 30 years and we are actively involved in local Realtor associations. Jefferson Title is locally owned by S. Douglas Drinnon and Larry R. Churchwell, members and attorneys of Rainwater, Drinnon & Churchwell, PLLC and both companies have been a vital part of this community! Our on-site attorney, Larry Churchwell is a native of Jefferson County, Tennessee and he concentrates his practice in the area of business transactions, probate and real estate.
