Jefferson Title is locally owned by S. Douglas Drinnon and Larry R. Churchwell, members and attorneys of Rainwater, Drinnon & Churchwell, PLLC and both companies have been a vital part of this community! Our on-site attorney, Larry Churchwell is a native of Jefferson County, Tennessee and he concentrates his practice in the area of business transactions, probate and real estate.
